EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT INDEMNITÉ DE FIN DE CARRIERE

The purpose of the contract is to set up a fund intended to guarantee the legal commitments of the subscriber in terms of end-of-career indemnity in the event of the retirement of a staff member.

You fill and sign a subscription proposal. No medical screening is made.

The contract takes effect no later than 15 days after payment of the first premium. The effective date is specified in the special conditions of the contract. The duration of the contract is that decided upon when the proposal is signed.

Except for specific provisions notified to the insurer by the subscriber, the amount of the indemnities is calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Code and the Collective Agreement of the subscriber’s company agreements.

When the employee retires, the insurer undertakes to pay the subscriber within 10 days maximum the benefit guaranteed by this contract.

The contract can be funded by regular payments (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually). Each year, the calculation of the amount of the actuarial debt is updated by taking into account all the payments for the year as well as the movements that have occurred (entries or exits in the insured workforce and taking into account of an additional year of rights etc.).

The payments made are revalued each year including the participation in the technical (up to 90%) and financial (up to 85%) profits made by ACAM Vie.

The guaranteed capital at the time of the employee’s retirement is the amount of the retirement indemnity.

The charges included in the premium or on the revaluation of the outstanding amount are as follows:

  • Fees on installments: set at 4.75% of installments (commercial premium).
  • Outstanding: set at 1.25% of outstandings for the previous year.
